Pleasant and helpful staff, nice outlook towards sea. Room clean and functional. On site carparking. Benefit of Thai restaurant and bar within hotel - nice meal with good staff.
Hotel a bit dated (but I guess for the money its fine!).

Exceptionally comfortable bed, light and warm rooms. Savoury and tasty breakfast with toast, the bacon, juice. Fantastic location in the fairly nice area, so close to passing trade alike, and wonderful pubs.

location and price - cosy bar - helpful and considerate staff. A good hotel for a reasonably priced weekend away.

The breakfast available was lovely with racks of toast on demand, fruit plus several slices of toast.
Some people working there were chatty.

Michael was extremley helpful in all instances receptionist, bar man, waiter, guide. The food in Thai restuarant inside the hotel was first class, we had set menu B and was excellent (Micheals wife was Thai)Really enjoyed our stay there
Could be doing with a bit of a spring clean ie lick of paint new decoration but we felt comfortable

This place is a gem, with super-fast Wi-Fi for all your online needs📱. the in-house restaurant is a plus, serving up delicious meals without having to venture out. the room here is spacious and just right, providing a comfy stay. Don't miss out on the tasty breakfast they offer, it's a real treat. the staff are really friendly and welcoming, making your stay even better.

Friendly staff, clean accommodation, good breakfast service, free parking, close to beaches. Thankfully, we were readily offered a quiet room on the second night, after being kept awake all night by passing traffic below our window!
Absolutely no wi-fi whatsoever - we have experienced same at other hotels who advertise fully available wi-fi online! Something's not right here... Double glazing needs to be more effective on sea-facing windows.

The location of this hotel is superb, with easy access to major tourist attractions and a beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. It's like being in the heart of a food heaven, with mouthwatering options all around.

Nice room and a bathroom of a good size. A great location close to a pub and a Thai restaurant. Free parking available here. And it's super convenient being near Colwyn Bay beach, the town center, and other amenities. 🌟
